the staff showed a lack of effective communication, which i found frustrating. requesting water at the front desk resulted in being directed to the bar, i learned later the water was intended for members only, but the staff made no effort to assist or offer an alternative. the experience highlighted a need for better guest service.

Central Stay, A VERY Satisfying Experience

The location was AMAZING. I could walk to many attractions. Broad bicycle lanes made getting around the city easy. I enjoyed nice afternoon drinks on the hotel terrace. The whole experience was good.

The bar was very slow when I wanted a drink one evening. It was hard to get the attention of the staff at times. Service improvements could enhance the guest experience SIGNIFICANTLY.
